Reasons for specializations of the part-time study department
\n“Electrification and automation of agriculture” specialty<\/h2>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 It is impossible to imagine our modern life without electricity. In general, production, distribution and sale of energy is one of the biggest problems in our country. Energy resources, which are our national wealth, are valued as a prerequisite for economic growth.<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 This specialty is important in all areas of production. Electricity is produced and supplied to consumers by the operation of electrical energy receivers, machines and electrical equipment. Repairs are carried out to all power receivers for long-distance transmission and use of electricity.<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Special electrical equipment, machines, electrical machines, and facility lighting must be in constant operation in every production facility. “Economics and accounting” specialty<\/h2>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The integration of the economy of the Kyrgyz Republic into the global economic space, the expansion of foreign trade and economic relations, the development of entrepreneurship has made the problem of providing adequate personnel for the national economy, which will determine the knowledge entrepreneurship with special methods, especially acute. The development of market relations requires a certain level of professional training, education and general culture from specialists. Since 1994, the main goal of the college has been to prepare educated accountants for the national economy of Kyrgyzstan, which is experiencing a need for highly qualified specialists in accounting.<\/span><\/h2>\n

“Finance” (by branches) specialty<\/h2>\n

A specialist in the field of financial science, and also in practice, is a representative of a complex and honorable activity – the profession of a financier.<\/h2>\n

Development and implementation of tactics and strategies of tax-budgetary, money-credit policies, dissemination of innovative technologies in the field of professional activity, implementation of taxation, tax management and organization of timely arrival of funds to the budget, creation of business plans of commercial entities, investment projects creation and implementation, The financier profession is the most demanding in providing quality insurance services and promoting insurance and pension markets, organizing banking and developing loan methods, forms and types. In response to the above-mentioned requirements, the college chose to enroll students in the “Finance” (by branches) major in 2005. A financier is one of the most prestigious professions today.<\/h2>\n

“Landing” specialty<\/h2>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Land settlement is a tool of the state’s land policy, land reform, and arrangement of land relations. Its purpose is full, rational and efficient use of land, promotion of farming culture and protection of land.<\/h2>\n

A few years ago, the Kyrgyz state started organizing registrations for the purpose of efficient use of agricultural land. Transition to the market economy, land use rights were pledged, gifted, sold, purchased, auctioned, and introduced into economic transformation.<\/span><\/h2>\n

The sale of the land use rights of the redistribution fund and also the land use rights of citizens explains that market relations have started to enter the land.Since the information about real estate law began to spread in our society, due to the lack of experts in civil-legal actions related to land and immovable property in our region, since the 2000-2001 academic year, training in the specialty “Land Settlement” has been conducted. \u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n
